Charles B. Moss, Jr

Co-Founder

Charles B. Moss, Jr. is the third generation of a family-run, over one hundred year old real estate and entertainment company based in Manhattan, with offices in Connecticut. Charley is the grandson of the legendary vaudeville impresario, B.S. Moss, and the son of Charles B. Moss, a movie theater owner and radio and television producer. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, he produced both feature-length films and Broadway shows. Charley holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a J.D. from the Boston University School of Law. He also attended the Harvard University Masters of Law program and graduated from the Harvard Business School’s Executive Education program. The first job Charley held in the film industry was as a production assistant for E.U.E. Screen Gems.

Ben Moss

Co-Founder & Managing Partner

Ben is the great-grandson of the legendary vaudeville impresario, B.S. Moss, and the grandson of Charles B. Moss, a radio and television producer and movie theater owner, who together built a family enterprise that made the Moss name synonymous with show business in New York. Ben and his father, Charles B. Moss, Jr., co-founded Bow Tie Partners over 25 years ago as the next iteration of their family’s real estate and entertainment businesses. Prior to the founding of Bow Tie Partners, Ben worked in the broadcasting and publishing industries in Colorado and New York. Ben holds a bachelor’s degree in the Humanities from The University of Chicago and proudly serves on multiple non-profit boards.

Our Team

Ron Statile

Chief Financial Officer

Ron joined Bow Tie Partners in 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Bow Tie Partners, he had extensive financial management experience as CFO of both private and public corporations. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Holy Cross College and an MBA from the Stern Business School at New York University with concentrations in Taxation and Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Brooke Sugaski

Vice President of Operations

Brooke is a graduate of the University of Washington with a BA in Political Science and holds a JD from Boston University School of Law. Brooke worked as a corporate and real estate associate at Boston area law firms prior to transitioning her career into the real estate business at McDonald’s Corporation where she worked for 13 years. Brooke joined Bow Tie Partners as Vice President of Operations in 2023.

Jenifer Pellegrino

Vice President, HR & Special Projects

Jenifer has been with Bow Tie Partners since 2023 as Vice President, HR & Special Projects. Prior to her current role, she was with Bow Tie Partners’ affiliated company, Bow Tie Cinemas, from 2006 until she transitioned to Bow Tie Partners. Jenifer has an extensive background in Human Resources that includes recruitment and retention, conflict resolution, benefits and compensation, HR records management, HR policies development, and compliance. Jenifer received her certificate in Human Resources Management at Fairfield University.

Katina Lewis

Property Manager

Katina started with Bow Tie Partners in 2005, working as a Theater Associate and then becoming a General Manager within her first year. In 2014, she transitioned to Property Manager of Temple Square Apartments, a 44-unit luxury apartment complex in Downtown New Haven. Over the years, she has expanded her role and her property portfolio throughout the company. Katina is responsible for overseeing the day to day management and operations of several commercial properties, in addition to residential. With over 10 years of property management experience, Katina brings a wealth of knowledge to the Bow Tie Partners’ Table.

Lisa Bracco 

Controller

Lisa joined Bow Tie Partners in 2017 as the Accounting Manager. With over 30 years of accounting experience, she now oversees the accounting department as Bow Tie Partners’ Controller. Prior to joining Bow Tie Partners, Lisa worked closely with the Moss Family on various special projects. Prior to that, Lisa held roles with both private and public accounting firms, including Anchin, working with ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families. Lisa holds a BA in Accounting from St John’s University.

Liz Wolff

Senior Director of Administration

Liz has been with Bow Tie Partners since 2013. Prior to joining Bow Tie Partners, she worked in the film industry in various roles in sales and distribution for multiple film companies. Liz is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts.
